This screen assembles the family details, including family name, children names, adults/contacts, medical and miscellaneous info, etc.
For the multiple venue facilities, it is necessary to tell the system which venues will be attended by which children. This is so that, when a venue is selected, only the children applicable to that venue will be displayed. Also, where a particular venue picks up kids from a particular location such as a school or community hall, these relationships also need to be mapped. While a little complicated, you will find that, after a little experience, it makes sense and works well.
Family Locator Screen
This screen provides a list of family names from which the user selects, in order to access the family data.
This screen tracks contact events with the family (or any other family and date based incidents).

This screen provides a list of children from which the user selects, in order to enter schedules for the child.
