Hourly Scheduling

This screen is designed for those OSCAR providers that bill by the hour and need to be able to specify start / stop times for all children attending.

Copy Schedule

This screen will copy multiple children's weekly schedule pattern from one term to another.

Session Scheduling

This screen is designed for those OSCAR providers that use sessions. The yellow, blue and green icons represent selected sessions.

Staff Scheduling

This screen displays the weekly schedule for staff.

Ratios

This screen will display the ratios between staff and children, analyzed in 15 increments. It will quickly highlight for the user those time slots where staffing is less than the ratio set (by the user in Settings).
